Mr. Ali Sultan Alshamsi serves as the Accountable Manager and Head of Training, bringing more than 40 years of comprehensive aviation, air traffic control, and training experience to the organization. His leadership ensures that all operational, safety, and training functions meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance and industry best practices and ensures the outcome based training delivered.

Mr. Mohammed Al Hadidi is a highly accomplished aviation professional with more than 40 years of experience in Air Traffic Control, Military Aviation Operations, Training Management, and ATC Consultancy across the UAE and international institutions. His leadership background combines operational command, training development, compliance oversight, and strategic aviation planning.

Symon is an aviation professional with over a decade of experience in aircraft maintenance, safety management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. As Commercial Pilot and FAA Airframe & Powerplant Technician, combines technical expertise with leadership.
